Product

How do I purchase spare parts for my appliance? (e.g. trays, filter, pipe, etc)

We do not provide spare parts/accessories for our product.

For filter replacement, you can head to our e-store to purchase.

For others, please contact our service team at (65) 6457 3678 to check for stock availability.

Do you have a showroom where I can see the appliances in person?

Yes, we do! You may head down to our showroom to view more of our products in person. Our sales team will be happy to assist you around.

Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. We are closed on Sat, Sun and PH.

Do you provide installation guides for DIY installation?

You may refer to the Installation section in the instruction manual that is attached with your delivered order.

Should you require any assistance with installation, you may contact us at (65) 6291 0800 for portable aircon.

Are all products available online also available in store?

We offer a selection of products that can be found exclusively on our online store, while some specific models are only available in our physical store. If you are interested in any particular models, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team at (65) 6457 3678 for further assistance.

What safety precautions should I take when using my appliances?

Please refer to the safety instructions in the manual guide.

Can I purchase your products from authorized dealers or retail stores?

Yes, you may find our products in retail and dealer stores (e.g. Courts, Giant, Mustafa, Best Denki & Harvey Norman).

E-warranty

How do I register my product for warranty coverage?

To register your e-warranty, you may head to our e-warranty site to register: https://warranty.europace.com.sg/

You will have to key in your product code, serial no. and date of purchase.

What is the warranty period for each appliances?

You may refer to this link Warranty Duration for All Products to find the warranty period of your appliance.

Alternatively, you can also find it on our e-warranty registration site under user login.

Do you offer any extended service plans for repairs beyond the warranty period?

Yes, we do! However, this is subjected to the availability of the spare parts and duration after which the product has been discontinued.

Can I purchase extended warranty coverage?

We do not offer extended warranty coverage. However, if you have purchased your products from our retailers, you may check with them if they provide for extended warranty coverage.

Order & Delivery

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, PayNow and Atome.

I just placed my order. When will my goods arrive?

Cash and carry items: 2-3 working days via our third party logistics.

Bulky items: 2-5 working days (Our team will contact you within 1 working day to arrange)

Pre-Order items: Typically takes more than 14 days.

Delayed delivery options: Please key in your preferred date in remarks or chat with us. Kindly expect some delays in deliveries due to peak season.

I will not be home when my products are delivered. What should I do?

If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure that someone is at home to receive the goods. Otherwise, you may contact NinjaVan (cash & carry items) or our sales team at (65) 6457 3678 (other items) to reschedule or arrange how to store your item.

Do note that additional delivery surcharges may apply for subsequent delivery trips.

Do you offer international shipments?

We only do delivery within Singapore. A $30 surcharge applies for delivery to, servicing/repair at Central Business District (CBD), Sentosa Island, including when the product is under warranty.

Can I change my delivery address once I place my order(s)?

The delivery address cannot be changed once order(s) has been delivered. Purchase order also cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped. Please ensure to double check your delivery address before checking out as we cannot promise that the delivery address can be change once the order is ready to ship.

Should you have any urgent request, please contact our sales team at (65) 6457 3678 at the earliest time.

Do you offer free shipping services?

Yes, we do provide free delivery service for purchases above S$450. For orders below S$450, a delivery fee applies.

Can I self-collect my order?

We do not provide for self-collection service.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Our delivery timings are from Monday to Saturday, before 3pm SGT.

Can I place an order over the phone?

It is recommended that you order via our e-store online as we are unable to process orders without direct payment.

Can I change my order delivery to a later date?

Please contact our sales team for assistance as soon as possible should you have any request for delivery on a later date.

Who is your third-party logistic partner for delivery?

Our third-party logistic partner is NinjaVan delivery.

Can I request for specific delivery timing?

We kindly seek for your understanding that we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery timings. You may contact our third-party logistics for delivery arrangement of cash & carry items only.

What do I need to take note upon delivery?

Once you receive your product, check that all items, including spare parts are all received. Check on the product condition to ensure that it is working and there are no physical damages/defects. If any, immediately reach out to our sales team for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not provide any return or refund or exchange after you have made your purchase. Should there be any issue with your unit within the first 7 days, please contact our customer care team immediately to rectify. We will assist case to case basis.

What should I do if the appliance is damaged or defective upon delivery?

Please contact our customer care team immediately if your product comes damage or defective during delivery.

Do I get a refund if there are no more stocks for the product that I ordered?

If the purchased item is out of stock, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 4 working days.

Can I schedule a service appointment for appliance maintenance or repairs?

Please contact our respective service teams for the scheduling of product servicing.
