    To register your e-warranty, you may head to our e-warranty site to register: https://warranty.europace.com.sg/ You will have to key in your product code, serial no. and date of purchase.
  • What is the warranty period for each appliances?
    You may refer to this link Warranty Duration for All Products to find the warranty period of your appliance. Alternatively, you can also find it on our e-warranty registration site under user login.
  • Do you offer any extended service plans for repairs beyond the warranty period?
    Yes, we do! However, this is subjected to the availability of the spare parts and duration after which the product has been discontinued.
  • Can I purchase extended warranty coverage?
    We do not offer extended warranty coverage. However, if you have purchased your products from our retailers, you may check with them if they provide for extended warranty coverage.
  • Can I schedule a service appointment for appliance maintenance or repairs?
