EuropAce will arrange re-delivery for defected/incorrect item(s) sent to you. Please note that we will only proceed if the item was purchased directly from us and not from other platforms or retailers.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for goods that are of the same or higher value it as long as it fulfills the following conditions:
Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, depending on the case/situation, we may provide a one-to-one exchange or exchange with another item of your choice at the same or higher value. When you request for our courier service to pick up the item, we will need to impose shipping fee for the exchange if the item is not faulty.
Alternatively, you may bring your item down to our show room at 10 Changi South Street 3, #06-01 Singapore 486147 for return or exchange.
If your item is faulty, we will do a one-to one exchange or exchange with another item of your choice at the same or higher value.
