How do I make a purchase?

From our homepage, click on “Estore” at the upper right-hand corner of the page. It will lead you to our e-store. Set up an account with EuropAce with a username and password. You can then shop for your desired item and proceed with payment!

What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards (VISA or Mastercard) ONLY.

I placed an order and confirmed my payment, what should I do next?

After successfully placing your order, our system will send you an automated email to confirm your order. You can expect your parcel within 2- 5 working days depending on our sale volume. For installation, our customer service officers will give you a call to arrange with you personally.

Can I call EuropAce to place an order?

Yes you can! Our helpful customer service officer would be most pleased to help you with your purchase.

Can I place a corporate/ bulk order?
